การร่วมมือครั้งสำคัญเพื่อขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมตำรวจด้วยเทคโนโลยีทันสมัยได้เริ่มขึ้นแล้วกับพิธีการลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ (MoU) เรื่องการวิจัยและพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางเทคโนโลยีตำรวจ ระหว่างสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติกับ 17 หน่วยงานทางการศึกษา เพื่อมุ่งเป็นศูนย์กลางนวัตกรรมทางเทคโนโลยีขั้นสูง เพิ่มขีดความสามารถและพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร เพื่อประโยชน์ต่อประชาชนและประเทศชาติ
ดิจิตอล ไดอะล็อกยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการนำเสนอผลงานและโซลูชันเพื่อความปลอดภัยสาธารณะ ขับเคลื่อนโดย Tech Trio, เทคโนโลยีตัวแม่ เช่น gen AI, machine learning, data & analytics ในการเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจในการให้บริการประชาชนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ในโซนแสดงผลงานภาคเอกชน เมื่อวันที่ 23 กรกฎาคม 2567 ณ สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ
เราขนโซลูชันในการสร้างคุณค่าสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจและผู้บังคับใช้กฎหมายด้วย Tech Trio โดยมุ่งเน้นไปที่การลดอาชญากรรม ยกระดับมาตรฐาน ทำให้ประชาชนมีความสุข และสร้างชุมชนที่ปลอดภัยยิ่งขึ้น มานำเสนอในงาน
• การตัดสินใจที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยข้อมูลอย่างแม่นยำ ตั้งแต่เจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามไปจนถึงผู้บริหาร
• การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการรับรู้ ตระหนักรู้ สถานการณ์รอบด้าน (situational awareness) ด้วย Virtual Assistant – เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสามารถแนวหน้าสามารถ focus สถานการณ์ข้างหน้าในขณะที่มี Virtual assistant ทำงานเป็นผู้ช่วยในการสรุปข้อมูลเชิงลึกและให้การสนับสนุนที่เหมาะสม
• บริการประชาชนอย่างรวดเร็ว ด้วย chatbot ขับเคลื่อนด้วย gen-AI เพื่อให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายและข้อบังคับ ทำหน้าที่หาข้อมูลและเป็น “จุดช่วยเหลือเบื้องต้น” สำหรับประชาชน
We’re thrilled to have been a part of the MoU Innovation Police Signing Ceremony event on 23 July 2024 at Royal Thai Police Headquarters where we got a chance to display our capabilities and solutions in the booth exhibition zone.
Our booth highlighted the incredible possibilities on how “Tech Trio” of generative AI, machine learning, data & analytics to empower law enforcement officers with the tools they need to serve their communities more effectively.
