It’s an arduous task when it comes to search for government official-related information such as cabinet resolutions, government gazettes, government policies, and royal decorations. User needs to have the exact reference number to find what they want. More than 90% of the content is inaccessible by the interesting citizens, media or even civil servants without the reference number. The main challenge is how to assist users in finding what they aspire to in a most efficient and simple way.

In close collaboration with the Secretariat of the Thai Cabinet, Digital Dialogue addressed the main imperatives together, which is to simplify the search. Chatbot is not new BUT conversational and intelligent chatbot is. Powered by Digital Dialogue’s Thai NLP and flagship product; CUBIKA, Nong Puttan, the SOC’s first-ever chatbot was born.
